“What’s wrong with me?”
Is the question that gets us going upstream.
It misdirects us. It trains our focus to look for deficits.
There are none. There is simply a matter of what we are looking at now.
I do not press the scan button on my Healy looking for what is wrong with me.
I intend to amplify all that is right with me.
Darkness is not pushed out by more darkness; only light can do that.
The results of my scan do not point to areas of concerns but to paths of discovery.
The frequencies I match with are those with the loudest voice.
This is a good thing. Resonance brings us to alignment with our truest self.
Just for today, I will turn my focus towards that which I wish to amplify.
Just for today, I will craft my thoughts to that which I decide to accentuate.
But most importantly, just for today, the minute my thought turns to “what is wrong with me?” I will counter the thought with “All Is Well” to soothe and set myself up to see the good.
